Make Scamming A Bannable Offense#681

Scamming for some reason is not a bannable offense. Which both honestly makes a lot of people begin to lose trust in foxcraft or lose remaining trust they had in foxcraft. It’s also led to a bunch of relentless arguements between users, plus some people have already quit or are planning to. Connecting to the loss of trust, I might quit myself due to the fact that I’ve lost trust in foxcraft way too many times. The only reason I haven’t is due to the people I’ve met in-game.
