Remove the ''No longer AFK'' message#1425

Can we perhaps remove the ‘’is no longer AFK’’ message?

It’s just very annoying and there are already people who can turn this off, but according to me this shouldn’t be a problem at all once this message is gone.
And sometimes it even leads to spam because people say ‘’welcome back’’ 3 times in a row and ‘’ty’’ 3 times in a row.

Maybe an idea to put it in /settings, so that the people who do want to can just turn it on and off.

Dont remove it, make it toggleable! +1 only if toggle
