Hall of fame#1308

Hi,

On the old OBGlacier and OBVulcan we had some other leaderboards, they are most liked island leaderboards and highest prestige islands. I also see that there is a Hall of Fame in the making on OneBlock, however, this has been in the works since the reset and I think it would be a nice/good idea to add these leaderboards since OneBlock is a bit about prestige and island likes. So maybe a good time to open the Hall of Fame with the leaderboards.
