Ability blocks#1019

I hear everyone complaining about Ability blocks in parkours. They don’t always work 100% no matter which version is used. I’ve had many times that they don’t work and that’s just annoying when you’re trying to set a record. I think this gamemode would be a lot more fun without these ability blocks.

Removed the permissions to use these for default users for now, would you like them if they worked better?

If they work fine it would be awesome. However I still had problems with the jump ability thing on the map “Planets” a few days ago.
