New level up system#1009

So with the level system it has now, you get XP per parkour you complete and eventually level up. I think it would be much nicer to have a system where you have requirements for a level up and you get an overview with /levelup. For example 5 easy parkours for next level then 10 easy parkours and 2 medium parkours etc etc. I think it would end up being a lot more fun for everyone to play, but it would require a level reset imo.
