Fix custom enchants#1457

Please make it more clear as to how to use the server specific enchantments or make it so they work in an anvil. I can’t enchant my stuff because the custom enchants don’t work. Thank you

I don’t really play Oneblock, but when I enchanted my Stuff it worked as it should. Maybe you have too many Enchants on your stuff or the Enchant just cant get applied to the thing you enchant. Idk if it also works on Oneblock, but in Prison atleast you can do /enchants and you get a Menu with all the Types of Enchants available. It also says what xou can apply it to. Maybe this helped you a little bit.
