Restricting &k (team names / custom titles)#1453

With the introduction of titles to survival the excessive use of the formatting code &k has increased.
It was already a problem with some people having a team name that only uses the formatting code to make it obfuscated and literally nothing else. It’s very annoying, distracting and when multiple colours are used it even hurts your eyes to look at it.
Now the newly added titles only make this disruption in chat worse.

My suggestion would be to restrict players from using &k in their team names and/or titles. This can for instance be done by disabling it alltogether, or to prevent just the excessive obfuscation guidelines can be set up.

Quite literally, &k in team names and titles should not be a thing, it is beyond annoying and makes chat hard to read.
